I cannot recommend First Citiz enough. I cannot stress enough how pleasurable my interactions with the agent were. He was helpful from beginning to end, speaks perfect English, and was available for me all the time. By all the time I really mean it, he was responding to my msgs even during his vacation and I had to ask him to enjoy his free time 🙂 I have to say that the whole process wasn’t straightforward and there were some impediments along the way, but it was never First Citiz fault and together with them I was able to overcome those. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was the agent’s recommendations for other involved parties, however, he always respected my decision, so, all in all, it’s not a real critique either. Even though the whole process is finished now and I’m the happy new owner of my dream place I know that if I have any questions about flats in Berlin or anything else I can just msg First Citiz team and I will get a quick response. If I ever decide to sell my flat I will go with them for sure.

I absolutely recommend the First Citiz real estate agency for the following reasons: I don’t speak German and their agents speak several languages perfectly; I was received at the agency without having to ask for an appointment in advance; I was immediately joined by Mrs. Tatjana Bogucz who accompanied me on the visit to the properties. Mrs. Bogucz was extremely professional, very attentive to my requests and when I returned to Italy it was also possible to communicate with her on the phone and via WhatsApp, to ask for all the information I needed. Fantastic Service! Our agent, Albert, introduced himself by inviting us to his office to talk about what we were looking for. Once that was done, he had a place in mind that was perfect for us. Just the right balance between cost, location, size and finish. He then helped us with all the legal works and found us an English speaking notary. He continues to help us with the German documents we receive and is always quick and efficient. The compulsory fee for estate agents in Berlin is high but we feel that Firts Citiz work hard to earn it.
